study together :) ask her for some help. or study group, and go to a coffee shop or the library .. the better u get to know her and more comfortable u are, u can ask her to dinner or a movie later~

Get together with her and study with her if she is willing. Go to a coffee house and study or Barnes and Noble. Not a date yet, let her get to know you some and you get the added benefit of getting your homework done at the same time. Her studies are obviously important to her, so do not try to tell her they do not really matter, that will chase her off. After a couple of weeks, ask her if she would like to take a break one of these evenings and just go out...

1. How can you be so sure that she thinks ONLY about studies ? Remember its hard to see whats girl shave in their mind
2. Where can you take her out ? it depends on her interest. If you think she is always into studying(what I understand based on your info) take her to some kind of event in some nearby university(eg. there is some history/archeological display at UofM ) - museum
3. Asking her out - easy all you got to do is just say - Their is some thing interesting (some specific event) going on and you were planning to go. So ask her if she would be interested in that event or if you are more comfortable with her sask her is she would liek to join You.

Ask her to join you for a study date! Meet at a local hang out coffee shop, etc and study!

Take her aside and get her home phone number. Call her a few days later and ask her to a coffee shop. Keep the first date under an hour. Keep it light and funny. Assess the results and go from there.

ask if she wants to do studies with you. talk about studies, do studies. stare at her when her mind is thinking about studies.

maybe she is just like that at school. she might like alot of the same stuff you do but waits till she gets home to enjoy them. ask her if she would like to go for a walk with you and maybe stop for a soda or at an arcade
