i live in michigan, and i had my permit in south carolina, but i misplaced it, im signed up for drivers training and i start in like a week and a half, do i have to take it twice?(from what i've heard) and when i get my permit after i take the drivers training course how many days do i have to wait to get my full license, by the time i complete the course i will be 17, im 16 now and turn 17 on the 11th of oct. and start drivers training on the 8th. please help, thanks

Even if you have a drivers license in one state and you move to another state you may be required to take either the written or the written and drivers test. I had a Minnesota license and moved to Illinois, I just exchanged license for license, but when I moved back to Minnesota I had to take all the tests over, even though I had originally had a Minnesota. It all depends on the state.
