For starters, you are not two weeks pregnant. Pregnancy dates from the first day of your last cycle, so if you ovulate 14 days after your period starts, technically you would be considered 2 weeks pregnant on the date you conceive. If you have been pregnant long enough to take a positive test, you are at least 4 weeks pregnant.

At that stage of pregnancy, you can ride in the car for as long as you want to.

it seems kinda odd that you would know you are pregant after only 2 weeks that's not even enough time for it to show up in a test or for you to miss your period but since you say you are in fact 2 weeks pregnant than yes you are fine to ride in a car for as long as you would like the baby is the size of a pea your not going to hurt it.

i don't think that you are only 2 weeks pregnant.....maybe 2 weeks since you conceived but not 2 weeks pregnant. Regardless YES, unless your doctor tells you that you can't you may travel at anytime during your pregnancy, granted you stop to pee and walk around and keep hydrated. At any point during your pregnancy that you are planning on traveling for long periods of time contact your Dr. and see what he says.

It is perfectly feesable to find out that you're pregnant after two weeks. I've had fertility treatment and you do a test to find out if it has worked after two weeks (it's a reliable test but of course very early days to be celebrating). But, as for riding in a car???? Of course you can.

yes you can. Just make sure you stop to go to the bathroom when you have to. at 2 weeks pregnant, you can do practically anything. The only thing is, you might get motion sickness easier.
