why do people hate muslims?

Fear and ignorance. Many people assume that all Muslims are crazy radicals that promote terrorism. All religions deserve a fair shake and should be researched and looked in to before people go and pass their judgement. After 9-11, I took time to read up on Sunnis, Shiites, the Taliban and other relevant news items. I felt it was my duty to be informed and educated during this war time.

Not everybody does. I just think in this world, people feel threatened by a handful of muslim extremists, which obviously don't represent the faith very well...people who don't understand that let those few give the rest a bad name. Sorry, it shouldn't be that way.

Muslims never let them to say whatever they want.
Muslims don't care whatever they want.
Muslims obey only what the Holy Quran command and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) did.
Hate to Muslims is not new event.At the time of our Prophet (peace be upon him),the Arab world also wanted to wiped out but Allah never let them.
After all the day of judgement also nearer and nearer!

Because they're a scapegoat for all of America's problems. *sigh* It's really unfair to them, and the bigotry is ugly.
On the other hand, overusing punctuation doesn't help those arguing on their behalf look mature.

I don't hate muslims.
It would be helpful if the muslim heads of state would denounce terrorism and the Imams would tell the world that the people who commit terrorism are evil and doomed to hell.

i don't ....how can anyone hate people of any particular religion....i guess no human being in their correct sense of mind hates any religion....yes one thing that no one likes is the fanatics of any religion b'coz they are the ones who spread ill will amongst all in the name of religion....
