Pay day is on the first of the month, and people went to buy hallucinigenic drugs, and like Alice, they followed a white rabbit into a big hole and landed in a strange world with Caterpillars who smoked weed, and drunk mice........

White rabbits reminds us not to waste our paycheck on cocain or other mind altering trips.

Traditionally, I've heard that the last thing you say at the end of the month should be "Rabbit", and the first thing you say the next day is "Hare." Both have to do with ancient fertility symbols...Perhaps it's a case of "Better luck this month"?

For us, it's "Rabbit rabbit." Why? Because my wife's old best friend/roommate used to do it, and it stuck. So now our kids vie for the honor of being the first one to "rabbit-rabbit" everyone else in the family.

I have NO idea where it comes from... so I'll be watching this question carefully.
