I don't know what the name of it is, my kids and I made it up one day and it became a family favorite.

Ingredients -

Sliced white bread
Peanut Butter
Margarine
Chocolate Chips
Powdered sugar

Butter outside of bread as for grilled cheese sandwiches. On inside, spread peanut butter and sprinkle with chocolate chips before putting the top piece of bread on. Grill like you would grill cheese, cut into halves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

They are also great if you cut them in smaller pieces and dip in either chocolate or vanilla almond bark.

This recipe is soooo yummy!!! It's one of my favorites.

Frozen Cheesecake

12 graham cracker cookies, Place on the bottom of a pan

1 250 g creamcheese (beat well)
1/2 c sugar

Gradually add 1 can thawed frozen raspberry juice concentrate
1 c crushed berries
Add 1 litre cool whip and stir with a wisk

Pour over the graham crackers and freeze. Serve frozen and drizzle with more juice concentrate before serving if you like.

It is soooo good!!!

Angel Lush

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1 pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake
10 fresh strawberries

MIX pineapple with its juice and the dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
CUT cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer, cut-side up, on serving plate; top with 1-1/3 cups of the pudding mixture. Cover with middle cake layer and an additional 1 cup of the remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining cake layer; spread top of dessert with the remaining pudding mixture.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Top with strawberries just before serving. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

Variation - Lush Dessert Cups
Omit cake. Prepare pudding mixture as directed. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve spooned into dessert dishes.
