No imperfect human will be able to end wars or terrorism, Only Almighty God by means of his righteous government will soon accomplish this.
This is what we are promised at Ezekiel 34:28: "And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them afraid."
And at Psalms 46:9: " He makes wars cease to the end of the earth;
And at Isaiah 2:4: "He shall judge between the nations,
And rebuke many people;They shall beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, Neither shall they learn war anymore."
Soon we shall see the fulfillment of these wonderful promises, something only our God can do.

--Is Catholic--

The Pope will be A major influence, perhaps the major influence in the West. Currently the Catholic Church needs to link up with the Orthodox. That is why the upcoming meeting between B16 and His All Holiness, Bartholomew I of Constantinople, New Rome and Ecumenical Patriarch is so key. His All Holiness has been devoted to world peace for much of his life and can help to form a powerful united voice.

I would also suggest watching Cardinal Pell out of Australia as his influence is very key.

THE major influence to ending this war on terror will be the Blessed Virgin Mary. Not only has her intercessions been instrumental in stopping Islamic advanced throughout history (check your history), her reverence by Muslims is a substantial bridge that can bring about dialogue between Muslims and Catholics.

No: allowing other nations to enjoy sovereignty will be the end of the tageting of America by international terrorists. This, however, will still do nothing about the domestic abortion clinic and Federal building bombers.
