my ex boyfriend Justin Benge keeps calling me and i really don't want him too anymore and it is getting on my last nerve and he also keeps e-mailing me when i didn't even e-mail him at all and my boyfriend now is getting really mad at him b/c he just doesn't gave up at all and i'm sick of it how can i get him to stop? please help!

Have you ever seen, "Breaking All the Rules" Jamie Fox is the major character ? well the main reason why he calls you is because he wants to hear your voice, be it that you answers the phone or your personalized voice mail. so change your voice mail to an automated voice mail don't answer when he calls If you don't have caller ID screen your call for the e-mail I think that you could block his e-mail address by e-mailing the co. in which you have an e-mail address. If all of that doesn't work change your phone number and just erase his E-mails. trust me he'll stop eventually

Say to him. Be polite. Don't shout at him cos if you get a restraining order, he will say you were being abusive towards him and it wasn't one sided. Keep records of everything he says or does that concerns you...everything no matter how trivial it may seem.
"Thank you emailing and calling me as I am recording and making records of everything you ever do that concerns me and I have more than enough to get a restraining order because I have asked you politely to stop getting into contact with me and this is the last resort. Either you stop contacting me completely or I will have to get the police involved."

If you want to go this far, you can change your email address and phone number. Otherwise, you can respond to one of the emails and tell him that you are not interested anymore and you would appreciate it if he would stop calling and emailing you. If that doesnt work, take all of the evidence to your local police station and file a suit for harrassment. Good luck.

Have you ever told your ex that you are now seeing someone? Tell him that you are no longer interested in keeping a friendship with him because it is causing trouble in your current relationship. restraning order wont help liek some people are sayin just go file a harrasment charge against him for the phone calls and emails. i no it seems severe but its not. just talk to the cops theyll handle it. jus tdont let it ruin this relationship and if you dont want that do what i did with my last one change you email and you numbers. and dont give you number or anything TO ANYONE who will give it to him. i hope it all works out. but the harrasmetn thing is probablly your best option right now.

block his address from incoming e-mails and change your phone number. You may be able to block him from calling you if he's always using the same phone to call, check your phone company. If you can;t do that, pay the $30 and change your phone number, get it private and unlisted. Or just go to his house with a hammer.

Change your phone number or get caller ID and just dont pick up when he calls. Block his email address and any email he sends you will go straight to the recycle bin
