Use lié if you mean just he is bound to you.
Use liés if you mean the two of you are bound together.
Use liée if you mean you are bound to him.
I still prefer it in English.
Limite means bound as in boundary, bad bad bad.

Lies pour l'eternite, that would be the right way to put it, the "s" at the end of LIES makes it plural, becuase you are reffering to both of you being bound. And also remember to put the ( / ) sign on top of the E in LIES and ( / ) on the first E of eternite and ( \ ) on the last E of eternite.
I hope this help.

LOL, lies pour eternite = dregs for eternity. I don't think you want that. Nous sommes liés pour l'éternité = We are bound for all eternity. You HAVE to have the accents.

It is NOT limité pour éternité, I am not sure what the correct answer is, but none of the above are correct... sorry I submitted this too early, the first 4 answers are incorrect!
(Why are some people so arrogant and stupid in here?? If you don't like a question, just don't answer it!!!)

If you can't speak French, why would you want an engraving written in French? Just what are you trying to prove?
That's like the women who get some Asian character tattooed on their body, thinking it means "peace" or "love" or something, and they find out years later that it actually said "whore" or somesuch.....English can be plenty beautiful, if it's used properly......

The literal translation "liés pour l'éternité" is not very elegant, though grammatically correct.
"Unis à jamais" would sound more French, as far as I'm concerned.

It's "Limite pour l'éternité".
Yes, you have to include the accents or else it won't mean the same thing.
