I'm dating my grandpa's ( not my real mom's dad either just step-dad ) sister's granddaughter's husband's half-brother ... now does that make any sense to you ... not only that but he's my cousin's best friend and I dated his best friend for 6mths until he passed away in a car accident awhile ago ... things happen for a reason ... but yeah to get back to your question ... !
No you're not related by blood ... but since you are all close things might get a little out of hand if there's any type of drama or one of you gets hurt ... family and friends will get upset too ... be careful and always talk things out keep communication very open .. and you'll be fine ... !

if you are not related to your cousins mom by blood (therefore your cousins dad is your mom or dads brother)its perfectly fine.
