a lot of my male friends always comment on how yukky they think lip gloss looks! they all said that they prefer healthy looking, shiny lips (the effect u get with lip balm or blistex) but they get put off when they see guey crap (ie. lipgloss) on their women- true or false? give reasons for ur answer as well

lipgloss is something you are supposed to grow out of. I personllay dont like it mainly becuase if gives a "little girl" look to women who wear it. Of course, this is just me and I know some guys actually like that.
To me a woman has to look like a woman, period. Examples: Cindy Crawford, Adriana Lima, Salma Hayak....they look like women and dont do that lipgloss thing. At least, not in real life.

I think the point of lip gloss is to wear it so that nobody really notices. It should be suttle. If its not worn in a tacky fashion, its very acceptable.

I can't stand lip gloss..............it's like a ghetto version of lipstick lol. If you're going to put something on, put something on that is colorful and shiny, not one that just makes it look like you kissed a jar of vasoline. And kissing girls with lip gloss on is twice as gross to me lol........makes me think I'm kissing someone who has slobbered over themselves lol.
Lip gloss also to me, connects up with "*****" or "stuck-up" since 90% of the people around here that do wear it try to act like they are too good for everyone. Kinda Hoe-ish to me anyway.

Lip gloss is a make out no no. it really is so messy, sticky and uncomfortable. adult adult males hate it. Lipstick is a diverse tale, from time to time and that i do mean from time to time contained in the warm temperature of the on the spot at the same time as it smears it really is alluring. yet do not flow for this each and anytime.

Sure. I'm not a fan of lipstick though. It doesn't accentuate the lips properly. Leave things natural.

if it is a thin not so noticable layer then yeah i like it but if it is a huge lump of gloss sitting on your lip then no major turn off cant stand it
