If Havo is deceased, you will find Havo at the Family Search web site. Sounds like you are looking for someone living, not doing genealogy research. You will get better results in the FAMILY category looking for missing persons. Here are some web sites you should check.

FYI: next time you ask a question it should be placed in the category that matches the question. For example: A GENEALOGY question would be "How do I trace my family tree?" etc.
