They cannot login to explain, coz, they're 'NOMORE'
The remaining suffering so called PEOPLE are "Patients" in reality who literally survive on the Hospital beds struggling for breath this second & again for the next second, and again for the next, some others are lucky to breathe but swallow food by pipe, some others are lucky to drink but how long only the next surgery may answer and some more are 100% sure that there is no CURE for their suffering and they know that it is (shhh, psst, aids etc)
Perhaps they are the 'd***' living PAIN is a part of their life every moment in every means possible., rarely they disclose the PAIN for fear of losing the FRIENDS (though its confirmed they are losing LIFE)
Some others breathing hard, feeling every tiny 'Mosquito' as a mighty 'Dinosour' which they cannot hush away with their very own hands they just could feel the mosquitoes piercing sting much more painful than a snake bite, their dearest weep beside not aware of the insect.
Emotional Pains may be faced or overcome but not .....the last pain of ur body
THE REAL PAIN TO THE BODY IS VERY HORRIBLE,
it exceeds all barriers of relations, emotions, abilities of a MAN
If anyone could understand that, then certainly you would participate to HELP the suffering (but Who)
Patients to start with, next come many, ....
in cities, neighbouhoods, homes etc

Pesume mans completed the marriage, have kids etc ....
Painful moment in anyone's life is, loosing the kid or anything to the kid where you cannot do much though you have money, influence, everything but you cannot take the pain / suffering out or even death of ones own kid is very painful and it changes the perception of the life there after.

I dont know cos' it is either yet to come or it keeps gettin better all the time. one cannot think at any time he's passed the worst , next second there will be something at the door knocking.
but every pain teaches us something very important in life. this has been my experience so far....
