an incredible style of cats are desirous to go outdoors, and also you're better effective off holding him interior. i have heard someplace in the previous that the mandatory lifespan of an outside cat is something like 3 or 4 years, and the mandatory of an indoor cat is 11 (or better, can not save in ideas!). so that you've made the right selection. regrettably, he likely misses with the flexibility to go out and sniff round. So once you've a window that he can sit down close to, with a reveal screen, you'll locate that he will be able to smell the smells and word the sights in safe practices. also, attempt bringing toys from outdoors in for him, like leaves and branches. they'd get messy (and confirm he would not bite on them), even though it's going to entertain him. i locate that i visit spend as a lot funds on toys for my cat as i'd like, yet she'll in no way locate them as exciting as a screwed up piece of paper. So reliable success!

I would recomend taking her to another vet...They are not infalable and your cat may be in some sort of distress.

I she is OK, give her attention in the form of playing with some string or tossing a ball. Sounds like she's bored, play with her until she loses interest. Also, she may do better with a companion so think about getting another cat.

That is very normal for a cat. Sometimes it means a specific thing like they need more food or can't find their toy or just want or play with you. Some need a very clean litter box every time they go and will meow until it's clean. Cats like to see their bowl full so they can eat when they want and need to, this may help with the meowing a bit.

pick her up and make a real fuss of her (af ter checking the obvious about her being hungry/thirsty)

then work your way around to under her chin and give her plenty of strokes and rubbing

she may then realize that in order to open her mouth to meow you would have to stop stroking her - that is a good place to start and she may realize that not meowing can be a good thing

another way is to say 'SPEAK' every time she meows

then she gets to associate the command with the action

then you can start giving her that command and she will meow to order

and hopefully NOT meow otherwise

either way it is a good party trick to show to your friends

Feed her more. Give her lots of attention with petting and gentle combing.
If the extra human attention doesn't work, she may respond well to having another kitty-companion. She sounds very social and may need a friend to keep her occupied.

It is possible that she is lonely or hungry or sad. It does not sound like she gets much if any attention. I think that you are not ready for a pet. Find her a good home where she will be loved and can have lots of positive attention paid to her.

She or he is wanting something, either food, clean water, a clean litter box or some attention. Keep trying. A good petting or brushing can help calm a cat. Good luck.

My cat does the same thing. It's usually one of three things:
-- Wants to be petted
-- Wants to be fed
-- Wants to go outside

I try the first two and when they don't work, I let her outside. That usually works. Good luck!

Hmm I was gonna say maybe there is something wrong with her/ Did the vet check her out throughly? Maybe she's bored... Cats are funny.. hard to tell about them sometimes..

Some cats like to talk. Give it a toy to occupy it's attention for a while.
