If you were sleeping and woke up to a girl riging your morning wood?
Think closely, what if she got prenant? Do you think you should be responsible for the child , or would you say: "I didn't ask her to do that!" How would a judge see your situations for not wanting to pay child support? Is there a way to get out of it if this was the situation?

We were in different rooms. She's a friend of my cousin. I don't date her. I don't know how the hell she got in my room. And I woke up as i climaxed!

I'd sue that b i t c h for putting me in an unpleasing situation. Wouldn't be my fault if she was humping me while i was unconsious. I shouldn't have to pay a cent if i don't want to. However, what judge would believe that story? Man, I'd move to Mexico or Canada.

Simple....if the child is yours, no matter what the situation, you should support it. It's not the childs fault and to fault it is cowardess on your part. You're sleeping with the girl, take some responsibility for your own actions. Maybe you should do a better job of checking out your bed partners. Maybe you should practice abstinense. Whatever, its your choices and not the childs. Please stop blaming others for the spots you get in, good or bad. A judge will make you support the child because its the right thing to do and you made a bad choice for a bed partner.

well if you woke up to a "morning wood" and you did nothing to stop it then you basically consent for the girl to go ahead and do whatever the heck she wanted. Unless she tied you up and forced you (which would be hard to prove you got raped) i dont think a judge will see it you way and nope there is no way to get out if this situation

Well you went to sleep with her and unless your calling it rape then your responsible for what happens. And a judge isn't going to care if you say you didn't want that to happen because he knows you could have stopped it. But the idea of a woman riding your the old morning would does sound better then coffee

Bro no one will believe that story. Unless you have a video camera recording the events. If you tell that to a judge he is going to make you pay the maximum amount. It's time for you to grow up cause you have just become a father. Accept your responsibilities. And that child is not responsible for what you and his/her mother were doing. EFIL

A judge would just think your thinking of any excuse to get out of paying..
The point is...if she is pregnant then its your flesh and blood and you have to pay aswell as she does no matter how it happened!
She sounds like a freak...(in a relationship then it can be different if she used protection)... find out for sure...did she swallow?
Your screwed if she is pg though.

So nice try, i dont think that the judge would view it as rape. if you woke up with a smile on your face. If however she was a minger and you woke up and she punched you and refused to get off and kept riding then I think you may have a case for rape.
If she was hot then lucky guy but ask her to put a condom on it next time or to wake you up first!!!!
