well, its not technically a steak, but its called a 7 bone roast....it a huge piece of meat cut up to 2 inches thick. The overall diameter can be bigger than a basketball. These are great for BBQ parties. The only place i have ever found a cut like this is at our local Safeway. i don't know what to compare it to as far as other meats but when cooked medium rare over a charcoal grill it is the most juiciest delicious piece of meat!!! OMG I'm drooling, lol. Not sure why they call it a roast, its just like a steak as far as looks and taste.

On our way to our vacation spot. We had to stay at a hotel in Utah. Just down the street from our hotel there was this steak house called Steve's Steak House. It was the biggest and best steak I had ever had. Kind of pricey for the area but well worth the money.

Funny you ask. I just commented to my husband the other night that I loved our steak we had. It was surprising cause I just had afew cheap marinating steaks in the freezer and usually cannot get them tender enough to eat even after marinating for days in the fridge. So I put a can of tomato puree, mushrooms, onions, and a can of diced tomatoes. Oh my good, it melted in my mouth. Even the expensive steaks my hubby likes to buy don't do that. The best I have ever had in my life.

The best steak was when on vacation in Aruba. It was a steak from Argentine raised beef and was awesome and a lot different in flavor than the steaks here in the USA from USA raised beef cattle. It was also a huge cut of meat too and you could just about cut it with a fork.

At two Anthony Worral Thompson restaurants - the first was the pub near Henley and the other The Notting Grill. The meat was spectacular.

Mind you, the Sainsbury's 21 day aged steaks are pretty damn good too.
