A mind is trapped by illusions created by knowledge ( whatever you see outside made by man)..... if you can forget whatever you see outside, clear your mind of all the opinions , facts, everything you know ... including religious beliefs.... that is when your mind becomes hollow and empty.... that is when your mind is not trapped in a cage...... its free..... unbound.... it wont go anywhere.... because you will be in total control of it.... the knowledge of material things make our minds wander ....

just say "no" to authoritarian doctrines
we are our own sadists and bondsmen
there is nothing keeping us, we choose bondage or freedom
it's others that scare and manipulate us into our own delusion of a torture chamber and prison cell
a close examination will show we are all in a doorless bird cage of religion and spirituality
we are free to come and go, there is safety in chains but I find the freedom and inherant dangers of choice to be far more satisfying and sweet

you are already free. let go of the concepts which help your imagination see yourself as in a cage. cages help weak creatures who can't live on their own. everything is connected, everything is interdependent so cages aren't necessary at all

The answer is simple, Pray! That is all you need to do and ask for Jesus to deliver you from the cages that has you bound up. Pray and ask him to do just that and he will.
