How often should oil be changed. I have two oils, one I save for French Fries, and one for chicken. This way the flavors don't mix.
PLEASE, dont tell me how unhealthy frying it is, unless you can tell me how to live forever, otherwise it's only a matter of a few year's.

Depending on what type of foods and how often you fry, about once a month is a good time frame!

well, it is best to change the oil after three to four uses, and I would think that after using it to fry meat, maybe three max. I only use it once, personally, because of bacteria, and the infrequency of use, but if you use it at least twice a week, then three times should be okay. Make sure to strain it well, and no loose particles should be floating around of course, :)

in case you do not make any clean meats(bread it your self no longer frozen) like poultry or fish and your only employing it once per week you probable would not favor to regulate it till after about 20 makes use of. you'll understand once you grease needs replaced, your nutrients receives a darker undesirable shade at the same time as your grease needs replaced. if you're making clean meats contained in the deep fryer i'd advise replacing the grease each 4 makes use of.

When the oil darkens, or has stuff floating on top, change it. If your food doesn't taste as good after frying, that's another sign that it needs changing. When in doubt, throw it out!!!
