I've met some really cool guys online; some I've gone out with and really enjoyed thier company. No love connection though. One guy who lives in Tampa was awesome, but we were too much alike. Now, I've met this great guy and I've fallen in love!!! We talk EVERYDAY and for hours; about what's going on in the world, religion, and we even discuss silly things like people with bad breath who love to use words that begin with W, T, TH. We've even said those three words. We've been talking since May and next weekend we'll be seeing each other for the first time; do you think we'll still have the connetion we do on the phone??

Well the physical shouldn't matter if you both are in love. The connection should be stronger cause yall didn't mess it up with sex. Yall did it the old fashioned way. So now meeting each other should just be the cherry on top of the ice cream.

emotionally it is more than likely you will get along if you were able to talk on the phone so well. However people can bs each other with pics online and there might not be the same attraction. Dating/meeting online is the same as any other way to meet after you have met them in person, the only real emotional danger really is that you have built up an image in your mind of what this person looks like and acts like because you have spoken for so long on the phone that while the reality may in fact be a wonderful person, it is a let down because it is not what you expected. When meeting people online it is best to not leave much time between online chat to phone to meeting, but enough time to gague whether this person is a psyco. And for the first meeting it should be someplace public and possibly where you can escape if they end up to be not what they claim. Dating someone you picked up in a club or bar is really no different after the first date.

Its not a good idea. even if its a guy cuz anybody could be 16years old talking to a 15years old gurl and when you meet them they are somebody else.. they can tell you anything you want to hear or but in their profile that they are young and shyt! thats how alot of stupid gurls go out to meet guys on the computer and end up rape from older men! so Dating guys from the computer is not a good idea
