Soya. You won't like it but it would give you the best range of nutritional properties.

Human flesh!
Think about it - it contains all of the ingredients required to sustain the human body.
If you feel a little squeamish about the idea (and I know I do!) then the other food which provides all of the required vitamins and minerals would be Liver (pigs for preference as they are fairly close to humans) although I understand this is low in fibre and may therefore necessitate many trips to the smallest room in the house.
Vegetables is, I suppose a 'food type' but would not generally provide enough protein or many of the missing vitamins you would need to survive in the long term. As a result, you would have to combine this with dairy products, eggs or other forms of protein and vitamin sources, which would defeat the object.
There is no 'magic' correct answer, as even the human flesh diet (hypothetical, people!) would only sustain a person for a few years before certain deficiencies catch up with them (specifically iodine, potassium and other important minerals etc) and they would probably suffer from scurvy at some point.
Just goes to show - a balanced diet is VERY important!

That's a hard one, obviously eating any one kind of food excessively would not be healthy but if you had to choose one just go for the one you would enjoy the most. For me it would be icecream.
