Family friend stoled, my credit card.Put 3,000.00 on it.We had her arrested.What is going too happen to her?How long till we hear something?Will I have to be their threw it all?

ITt depends on her history and the Court. She may be fined with probation or recieve jail time. This is up to the prosecutor, not you. You may have to be there once to testify.
Actually the injured party in the Credit Card company as I sure they have credited the charges on your account/

Well if it is her first offense she will probably get off easy. But it is up to the judge presiding over the case.

press charges, youll get your stuff back, and she'll be in jail to think about treating her friends and family like that
