Simple answer: Because the male of the species has always been a polygamous brute, that can plant his seeds endlessly(even at twice the age of menopause in women) and wander off. For a multitude of reasons, the woman cannot concievably continue to have sex with men without getting pregnant, getting a disease(oh, yes...women are 10 times as susceptible to diseases as men) or permanently injuring the delicate reproductive organs. So, the short answer is: we were built for it, women weren't!

It's called a double standard. It's not right. I guess men think if they put it someplace they shouldn't, they can just wash it off and everthing will be okay. But they feel you can't wash a woman out so it'll always be there. Stupid isn't it?
