Just keep hitting the snooze button and keep on dreaming, We do not throw the alarm clock out when the time comes for it to rings it bell, why do we throw a marriage away when all it really needs is more time?

This is a crazy question! But I am going to have fun answering it anyway, What is a dream? well let me tell you a dream is a vision of the sub conscience mind that relay messages in our minds all the time. Dreams are only dreams unless you don't allow them to be real at all...Are you following me.... Unless you believe in it that much then it will become real....Now for your next question Marriage can be an alarm clock in some ways let me explain....I have been married for 18 years and some of the things that are happening in my marriage is that there are times when both of us are sleep and yet we are awake and sometimes we need that very same alarm clock to wake us up out of the state of what the heck is going on? You know...So when you really look at it yes it can be an alarm clock to wake you up and bring you back into reality.

Even marriage can be an extension of dream, and death the alarm clock!

yes you got it right: and this alarm says: get back to reality!
of course not being married doesn't mean that you cannot enjoy a satisfying physical relationship. but spiritually you are not there 100%

Well after 10 years of marriage, I'm still having good dreams!

Here is my definition of love and I have found it applies to every kind of love:

Love isn't "I can't live without you" Love is "I can live without you, but I don't want to"

That statement is right if you replace the word "love" with the word "infatuation."

The infatuation fades, but real love, happens over the years of marriage.

Best wishes

I think marraige is rather the impetus not the alarm

the love of two people being committed drives thier relation

love has many facets, is not limited to one

If you are sleeping, both are dreams and if not, both are alarms.

That depends on what sleeping partner you've chosen. :)
