I've been trying to pay, with money I earned. That doesn't seem to work all of the time. But, I read an advertisement (I can't remember where) that promised I could do it better, supernaturally. Has anyone seen that ad? Has anyone tried it?

Seriously, don't send your money to a church that promises you prosperity. That represents an investment, not an offering to God.
You want to see something supernatural? Start really being concerned with someone else's problems, either their bills, or their illness, or their other needs. Set your concerns aside for a few hours each day and focus on one other person's problem, especially if it's someone outside of your household. Keep doing this for a week or more. You can change from the outside in just as you can from the inside out.
Let me know how it works. Do it diligently, though, and don't think about what may be in it for you. Just start caring for someone less fortunate in some way and don't expect anything. Pray to Jesus for the benefit of other people, and focus on your target person in particular. I think you will be amazed, but that's not really the point. I don't want you to think about results just yet, I want you to think about an entirely different journey.

Assuming you are serious...Ima answer you seriously. Pay your tithes and offerings. Offer a sacrifice to God and he will help you. It has happened to me time and time.
Example.
I owed 100 on a bill...the 100 I gave as part of my tithes. Two days lata, I receive a check in the mail 150. for someone I ha vent heard from in YEARs..
Trust God..that is how you do anything supernaturally.

Can I really get God or some other supernatural force to pay my Business Rates and Water rates etc...this would really change my atheist /skeptic attitude.

I don't think the pc online banking is that un natural, but it is above the normal way 10 years ago
online banking isnt' so super natural but works
maybe give more of your money to those you owe and hope they give it back if over paid
