i havent slept well and i dont know why

Inability to sleep can be from many different factors:

1) Depression
2) Uncomfortable matress
3) Stress
4) Anxiety
5) Poor nutrition

You can talk to a medical professional about this problem...it is important to look at other side effects you may be having. Often times doctors will prescribe sleep medications to help you get back into a sleeping cycle. Also, try excercise to help exhaust your system, dont try to nap during the day, and dont try to sleep in in the morning....get your body on a good schedule and eventually your sleeping pattern will improve.

man, i feel your pain.. i haven't had a full night's sleep in 5 months.. I'm not stressed out, i don't take any medication, i don't have any mental health issues and I'm healthy as can be.. but dreams have been very realistic in the past 5 months and keep waking me up.. 90% of them aren't bad dreams, they are peaceful or about things that don't matter... and it's starting to catch up with me lol.. I'm way too tired :(
