The first thing is to make sure you are eating right - lots of vitamins. Next, don't over process your hair - blow drying, products, and even shampooing (should only be every other day).

Consult with a hair care specialist - odds are you can cure this without Rogaine.

Best of luck

Maybe you need to cut your hair a little bit (just the ends) or if you don't want to, just put olive oil on the ends before taking a shower. Also try to use a shampoo that will make your hair stronger. If nothing works go to a different doctor, maybe the doctor you visited really doesn't care.

First off, make sure you eat a balanced diet. Nutrition has alot to do with how healthy your hair is. If you are not getting enough of somthing then yourhair will start to fall out.
Also make sure you have as low a stress level as possible.
Rogaine is a product that people use to keep from going bald.
Good Luck.

i would say the best thing is to leave your hair for about a week without washing or using any products or a hairdryer. This will help all of your naturall oils in your hair and should make it a lot more healthier. dont worry you wont go bald, hair natually gets thinner as you get older.x

Try not to use so much product in your hair.Let your hair breath and try to go without putting gel or hair spray in your hair for a couple of days.Maybe your scalp just needs a break.I hope this works for you and good luck.

stress does cause hair to fall out and thin. make sure you are taking a multi vitamin with iron. lack of iron can make your hair thin and fall out also. try to find any stress in your life and how you can reduce it. good luck.
