He is off limits to you. I know that you say you love him but acting on it can only get you rejected since he's into your friend.
You also say he looks like he has feeling for you or are you just having an overactive imagination because you want to be with him.
If he likes you too and your friend then you should definitely stay away from him. For he does not sound like loyalty is something he knows about.

Are you serious? Fall out of love with him...he is not worth the trouble that is about to occur. Speaking from experience-do not have a relationship with a neighbor because of the proximity. One of you better be prepared to move in a moments notice.

I'm guessing he do have a little feeling toward you but he's a bit shy to tell you. It's really up to you if you really love this guy. I would guess talking to him and hopefully u 2 start to kiss like the movies lol. Just make sure that your friend know what's up because she might like him also and you guys might you know.............

Confront him on the situation. Your friend may not even look at him in that way. Whatever you do don't take it out on her, your friendship is more important.
