You can not install or uninstall in Safe Mode.

In Normal Mode you would:
Go to the control panel
Look for an icon that says "add and remove programs"
Double click it
In the list that appears, look for the software you want to remove
Click on it and a Remove button should appear
Click the remove button

To cut and paste:
Highlight what you want to cut
Rightclick on it and select "Cut" (Remember that a cut removes the information from the original location. If you do not want it removed, do a "Copy" instead)
Go to the new location
Right click and do a paste

You may also uses crtl-x to "cut"
Crtl+c to copy
Crtl+v to paste
if it is easier than right clicking and selecting from menu

You do not have to go to safe mode to UN install, I do not believe in that. copy & paste: right click on the file then go down where it says copy click lef button on that, then go to the folder you want to save in right click go down to save and click.
