www.foodnetwork.com has the best recipes I've seen. You can also see ratings from internet users who have tried the recipes. They are categorized by how much time, how easy, and also you can find the recipes shown on TV by the cooking show hosts.
Oh - and you can search by food type too.
I especially like Rachel Ray's 30 minute meal recipes.
Martha Stewart's website has some fancy-dancy recipes for free too.
