Absolutely. It is shocking. And, it is obscene. They claim that their "lord" was tortured to death, specifically through scourging and then crucifixion, yet that hasn't apparently made them feel any sense of compassion towards those who are victims of America's torture industry.

I think it shows the the US has lost its so called 'moral standing' in the world, I thought democracies were supposed to set an example for everyone else to follow?!

We all fall short from the glory of God. You might think differently if you do not recognize the Moral Law Giver.
We Christians do not get saved because we are good, luckily it is not about us. We get far more and better than we deserve. We get saved only by the mercy and grace of God...because we want to.

They have morality? They thump the bible and talk and talk and talk but they don't actually follow up with it.

well it is a funny thing..what is torture..putting underwear on a a guys head, or cutting their heads off and rigging their corpses with explosives to kill others who have come to get them.
We don't torture anyone, although I for one would not be against it. Interrogation, keeping someone awake, or hot, or cold, or with music is NOT torture. Get a life
