win XP 128 RAM pentium III

Don't need a web site I can tell you from the info given. 128 of RAM is the minimum that XP will install on. It is recommended that you have 256 to get anything close to decent performance from it. Increase your memory. Nothing else will help.

You dont need a website. Just make sure you have a high speed motherboard. Spending much money on RAM with low frequency mother board is just a waste. Increase your system virtual paging capability in the control panel -> system - >Advanced - > performance option -> Advance -> Virtual memory
and increase your virtual memory
