I would really like to hear from some Muslims why they don't take back Islam from the extremists by uniting against them(Not Physically). Islam is not evil, show the world by standing up to those who use it for those purposes.

Sorry I wasn't more specific. This could be a media thing but all I ever see are these protests of muslims getting mad over things, but not once have i seen a protest, rally, or anything concerning the islam extremists. Islam is the most populous religion on earth, there voice could be deafining. I know it is easier said than done.

He added, "We oppose any position which may arouse religious extremism, and we consider that what hurts Muslims will naturally hurt Christians."
thanks to a controlled media bought out by corporations in US, we don't see it really, but it is happening. this shapes our opinion that demonizes the middle east. they too suffer

Do you think if Muslims knew who these extremists were, they would just let them do what they do (including killing other innocent Muslims, like what's happening in Iraq)??? Of course the Muslim community is united against them, that's why Osama Bin Laden and his gang are out there hiding in the mountains of Pakistan...

what do you think all these Muslims in this site are doing?
scholars continuously condemn terrorism, but why blocking our voices? why show only the negative side of us? and not the positive side. why our voices are being blocked. with what agenda this is happening. and why do they always show Muslim world as we are living in a desert and caves? there is a modern society in the Muslim world that they try to avoid showing to the west. why ?

lets see.. if someone pointed a gun at you and told you to leave.. would you stay and insist that they listen to you; or get the hell outta dodge before you got shot??
I'd opt for the latter.. im not muslim, or religious, but this seems like a self-explanitory question to me.

They fear for their lives too...
Think about it, the Islamic terrorist have the mentality...if you don't agree with us, you are part of the problem and we will chop your head off too.
That's why they are terrorists...the want to terrorize people into submission.

I think their silence shows that they are in agreement with the terrorists. I do not trust them and won't begin to unless and until they begin to denounce the terrorists.
