No they shouldnt... Those who dont like them should stop buying... But many people like these soft drinks... so they should not be banned

No, their is no reason for it. It's not the government's job to tell us what to do and what not to do in regards to our health. They can make suggestions, but that should be the extent of it. How we handle our bodies rests on our sholders. If a person drinks to much coke, and has health problems because of it, it's their own fault.
Moderation is key, and if a person doesn't have enough common sence to understand that, then they should have to live with the consequences....not sue or force a law on it! If coke or pepsi people had said that their drinks were good for you, drink lots and lots and then people got sick, thats one thing, but I don't recall such a thing. It's like people who sue McDonalds because they got fat...they got fat because they ate to much and didn't exersize, not because McD's mislead them!
Unless a product will cause harm even when used in moderation, it should not be banned.

Not banned but sales should perhaps be restricted. Particularly for things with super high levels of caffene, like Red Bull
