You maybe having an anxiety attack.
you sound young.
you have a few changes in your life that's going to cause confusion.
Your a young girl becoming a woman, you body is producing hormones, and can cause you, to be hyper, in many ways.
Also diet can have a great effect. say away from soft drinks especially diet.
eat good foods not fast, they can weight you down mentally and physically.
Get out, go for walks, get some sun, go for a swim, bike riding, visit your friends, get you blood flowing in your body. Sitting around will only make matters worst.
This feeling will not go away right away, but in a few days you'll feel better.
Also having your period can also cause tiredness, but this should only be mild, and also cause you to change your mood, and outlook on life.

If you still feel bad, go see a doctor, or the school nurse

Allergies,

> try a decongestant or drink some herbal tea with lemon and
honey in it.

> Chew on some ginger root

if you can not find the school counselor, go to the main office....they are required to help you.

I think this sounds like a seasonal reaction to pollens in the air, I dont think it is life threatening, but probably very uncomfortable...try to make sure you are sleeping enough and drinking lots of water.

Go to your principal and talk to him/her. You need help! GET TO A DOCTOR NOW!
Call Child Services. If the people that are responsible for you are not taking care of you then you need out. Go do a grand mothers house . You need to be with some one that will care for you.

If your school's counselor isn't available, go to the principal. Or walk into a hospital emergency room - they have to get your parents' consent to treat, but maybe it will wake them up to your depression and illness.
