Holyfield, Unanimous decision. He's more of a well rounded fighter than Norton was. Holyfield could adapt his style depending on the flow of the fight (he could box or slug). Norton was more of a boxer who depended on counter punching. I think Holyfield would be able to impose his will on Norton in this match up.

The Truth ~
In my opinion, this would have been a great fight but your question says "15 rounds both in their primes" Evander in his prime was a cruiserweight, he never bulked up as a cruiserweight. He was at his absolute best when he took the title from Dwight Qawi, that was unbelievable battle.
Kenneth H. Norton "The man who broke Ali's jaw" was always a Heavyweight, always averaging 220 pounds. Ken was naturally the bigger man and hit harder.
The most important part of your question is the use of the word "Prime" meaning at their very best and Evander was in his prime at cruiserweight. I'm not saying his fights against Bowe 3x, Tyson 2x, Lewis were not great fights and elevated Evander to a higher standard than 99.9% of all the other heavyweights in his era. But Evander wasn't in his prime as a heavy, people can argue the point all they want, I know all of his accomplishments as a Heavyweight, but if one is to answer your question honestly to the way you asked your question, Norton would beat Holyfield.
The fight would take place pretty much in the center of the ring. Nobody can question Evanders heart, he has too much and in his prime he was more likely willing to trade with his opponent (Dwight Qawi fight) and since Ken would out weigh Evander close to 35 pounds he would use this to his advantage a start to push Evander back, which Evander does not fight well going backwards. Evander would unload big shots but given the weight disadvantage the punches would have little or no effect on Ken.
Ken has proven he could go the 15 round distance, this wouldn't be a problem for him. The fight would be nonstop fighting, bringing both fighters to their brink, but given the fact that Norton would land the more significant blows and it would show. Ken Norton would win a 15 round unanimous decision.
Thanks for the very good question The Truth.

Great heart/chin and good boxer
Holyfield was just a better overall fighter than Norton. In this bout I have Holyfield in a unanimous 15 rd decision.

I think this is a great matchup and a pretty even fight in my opinion. Norton defeated Ali once and lost two disputed decisions to him. He had a very awkward style and a very good jab. Holyfield is a warrior and a very fierce fighter. This would be a close fight but I think that Norton would win by split decision,

I'd go with Norton on a unanimous decision. I think Ali would have had a much easier time with Holyfield than he did with Norton, so I base it on that.
