My aunt said she throws out any frozen meat after one month. The reason is because you don't know how long the grocery store kept those meat before you bought them. Maybe you should defrost them and see if they smell funny.
As for me, I would give them to my mother-in-law. She takes anything. She even eats meats that have expired.

3 weeks is fine if it's frozen. Some people keep meat in the freezer for months without any problems.

If it does not look freezer burnt then it'll be fine. I have frozen stuff for like 6 months and still cooked it. Call your local supermarket meat department and ask them what they recommend you to do.

I just cooked a pork tenderloin I have had for about 9 month's and as long as it is wrapped correctly and cooked right, you're fine. The worst thing that can happen is freezer burn...

If it was kept frozen all this while then it can be stored and consumed safely up to 6 months.

As long as it is frozen it is OK.
The problem with frozen meats is freezer burn. Which you have not had yours long enough to worry about freezer burn.

I believe that as long as they remain frozen they will be good for up to a year.

Usuakky few months and more(couple of years, in my opinion, but I don't think I ate anything older tahn a year).
The best way is to defrost it and then smell it and look at it.
If it's bad you will notice it with no problem. but after a month it is most likely to be good.

Yes you can use it. It might be freezer burnt but as long as the meat looks red its good.
