The Bible says nothing about hermaphrodites or anyone else who had the terrible misfortune to be born with any type of birth defect.

OF COURSE hermaphrodites can go to Heaven! If my understanding is correct; once the soul enters the kingdom of Heaven one becomes asexual anyhow---meaning we are not gender specific as we are on earth.

Hermaphrodites are born that way due to a genetic disorder,....they have not been cursed, nor are they being punished by God or any other ridiculous explinations that people may come up with.

First, the term hermaphrodite refers to a type of creature than can reproduce asexually. Humans that are born with both male and female gonads cannot reproduce alone and are not hermaphrodites.

The proper term for such people is in fact intersexual.

Secondly, the Bible doesn't say anything about them, so it should perhaps be assumed that they aren't exempt.

Why wouldn't born again hermaphrodites go to Heaven as would anyone else with a birth defect?

People who are born "inter-sexed" (I think that's the PC term this week) have traits of both sexes, but are more of one sex or the other. Most of them usually have the problem corrected with surgery nowadays anyway.

ACTUALLY THIS ISN'T A STUPID QUESTION AS I KNOW TWO HERMAPHORDITES AND BOTH ARE PROFESSED CHRISTIANS. IS IT UP TO ME TO JUDGE THEM?

I KNOW ONE HAD A BABY SO I HAVE ALWAYS CONSIDERED HER FEMALE ALTHOUGH SHE HAS HAD A SEX CHANGE TO BECOME A MAN. HER POOR DAUGHTER WAS BEATEN ONCE BECAUSE SHE MADE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING "JAN" MOM INSTEAD OF DAD. SHE MARRIED A WOMAN WITHOUT LETTING THIS WOMAN KNOW SHE HAD A SEX CHANGE. I DON'T THINK SHE DID RIGHT.

THE OTHER'S DNA TESTING SHOWS HIM TO BE MALE. HE HAS CHOSEN TO REMAIN CELEBATE AS HE IS HAVING TOO MUCH CONFUSION.

IT IS A HARD LONELY ROAD I CAN IMAGINE FOR ONE TO LIVE WITH AS NO ONE SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND AND YET GOD DOES LOVE THEM AS MUCH AS HE DOES ANYONE WITH A BIRTH DEFECT.

People go to hell because of their sin, not for who they are. People who repent of their sin and put their trust in Christ go to heaven - hermaphrodite or not.

Hermaphodites are not half and half but have both repoductive organs. DNA can determine male or female.

I do not recall any specific scripture pertaining to this type of creation. Perhaps they are the missing link in evolution. Oh my Gosh....you found it after all this time people have been searchhing and you were the only one to give it a name. Maybe they will name it after you.

It doesn't say anything about them. Nor about Down Syndrome or cleft palate, or hemophylia, nor any other genetic syncrome. Why would it? It isn't a book of pathology. People are people, and all are children of God.

This is actually one of my favorite ridiculous scenarios that Christians have no answer for.

It's impossible for a hermaphrodite to have straight sex. Therefore, they are most definitely born gay. So, did god create them expressly for the purpose of sending them to gay hell?
