I think that what most people in the healthcare field don't focus on is preventative care. You only go to the doctor when you are sick, not to prevent things like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks, etc...That is up to you to educate yourself and learn how to. But the insurance rates are riduculous, so I would like to see a discount if you attended classes or had a consultant to teach you about preventative care.

Finding out the truth about what causes us to develop diseases, and how to CURE them, not just treat them. Research has proven that all diseases are curable but the drug companies and medical community do not want the truth to be known, as it is so much more profitable to treat a chronic condition, than to cure it, outright. And, yes this include all diseases, cancers, HIV, AIDS, all of them are curable. But no one has any vested interest in curing them for their patients in mainstream medicine. But, the truth remains, they are curable. See the book, "The Cure For All Diseases," by Dr. Hulda R. Clark, Ph.D., N.D. This lady is a medical genius, but she is a research scientist and she dicovered that there are only two cause of diseases; Toxins and Parasites. But, her work has not been validated by the mainstream medical community because it would cost doctors and the drug companies some of their Billions of $$$$ per year in their huge profits. See the link below.

C.N.A. They get the dirtiest skills to perform especially in long term care. They get hit, bit, scratched, and choked, cussed at, etc. It's definitely a big challenge because all the while you have to be professional with a caring attitude.
