hey, im just wondering i am doing everything in my power to get back to her i asked her to homecoming and she said she likes somebody else does that mean she likes me as well or what is going on here cuz she said she didnt know how she felt about me which could lean one way or another? please help give me some sugg to win her heart

sorry hon, but if she said that she likes somebody else, that is exactly what it means.
continue being sweet and not too pushy. if she doesn't repond, it might be time to just move on.
it doesnt mean they hate you, just that this particular one doesn't want to date you.

She is trying to be nice, but at the same time telling you to move on. There is a line between being persistant, and annoying, and it sounds like you are approaching that border. Find someone else, half the world is female, and there are probably a good number of them right in your own town. Find one.

Sorry but she's not interested. You are wasting your time. Find someone who does like you. People who really like you don't lean one way or another, they know they like you and they will make an effort to be with you.
