Surely your engine would overheat and blow up trying to keep the ice cream cold in the extreme hear as well as drive????

It is not possible
1. an ice cream van is not 4+4
2. the ice cream would melt
and
3. you won't get many customers

it is possible but when u reach the other end it will be melted
if u dont want it to be melted try to have some arrangements like
take it in a vaccum filled truck i mean to say like we use flasks make it of that material it might be useful to u so that it doesnot melt

You need more than ice cream.
Fuel and very good traction come to mind.
Plus, you may need a larger radiator, as well.
