I make 14.00 an hour and work 16 hours a week. When my husband is working this is sufficient for spending money and gifts. Problem is my husband was out of work for several months and now I should look for more hours of work.

I went from being an Accounting Dept Supv at $17.00 an hour to being disabled and Social Security at approximately $7.50 an hour. Now that sucks.

Check with Bill Gates.....he would be a great benchmark.....it depends upon whether you have your focus clear. If u are content with what you have then your salary is adequate.....question is can humans ever be satisfied?

indian economy is very strong and most of the indian educated youth who has done decent professional courses are very well employed and get good salary.
