aside from the obvious physical characteristics that are obvious, the real difference many perceive are nothing more than gender roles which were adapted and accepted due to generations of conditioning.
girls once they start puberty have breasts due to higher levers of body fat, can have babies (and the related biological cycles), and produce milk.
boys once they start puberty have a lower percentage of body fat and produce sperm.
I am not forgetting the portion of the anatomy beneath the waist, but that is obvious.
I would contend that aside from what I have listed above the other difference are not real but the result of social conditioning.
