Hi everyone. Is there any way other than surgery to reduce breast size?? I am willing to try anything at this point. I would just have the surgery done, but it costs so much and really cant afford it right now. I am a 36D and am getting tiny stretch marks on the sides of my boobs, which are making me so self conscious. Any suggestions would be great. :)

i feel you on this one...i am a pretty busty girl myself (E cup) and the only thing really to do is try to lose weight...that's the first place it leaves...if you don't have any weight to lose, then i hate to say that surgery is the only idea. One idea to help with those stretch marks is to get some of the vitamin e capsule's and rub that on the stretch marks...it helps to get rid of them. I have wanted to get a reduction myself, but my boyfriend loves my ladies...guess its just personal preference...Good luck!

A lot depends on what your BMI and fitness level is. If you are on the high side, consider losing weight by sensible eating and exercise. Breasts are largely made of fat tissue and respond well to weight loss. If being overweight is not the issue, surgery is really your only option. Be careful and research any surgeon well. There are risks such as complications, infection, loss of sensation. On the up side, it will make your life easier and help your back. This is more important than the guys being happy that you are big. Best wishes in your decision.

There are many types of creams used to reduce big size boobs and also the size may depend on the total body weight.

You can get athletic sports bras that REALLY flatten. If the stretch marks are what is really bothering you, buy some mederma and put on them daily or whatever their intsructions call for. They will get lighter after continued use with the mederma.
Try one of those bras. They are made for pro athletes (like runners). They take getting used to, but they flatten.

When it comes to breast reduction, two things that comes into the mind is-
1- surgery
2- Cream-capsule
As you know that surgery has lots of risks and that's why female tends towards the second option to cure the problem.
