Depends where you are flying from? UK or elsewhere? I live in DXB and from here, there are low cost carriers who fly to Colombo .. but from UK, I guess it would be SriLankan airlines or Emirates via DXB, Qatar Airways via Doha, Gulf Air via Bahrain . etc. etc. check on lastminute.co.uk or .com they are normally quite good .. Go when there is a real problem like natural disaster or a war break-out. then its like Â£50. not bad!
