3 oz tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 drops Tabasco® sauce
1 lime wedge

Pineapple cut in chunks 2 cups
Coconut milk 2/3 cup
Rum, white 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Ice crushed 2 cups

Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.

tequila, vodka, sake and 'green fairy' are alcohol
green fairy is absinthe actually, forbiden in some country
Tequila is from Mexico
Vodka from Russia and Eastern Europe
Sake from Japan
Absinthe from .. I don't know, but I found some in Prague, Czech Republic.

Not sure about the first question. a bloody Mary is vodka, tomato juice, you can add some Worcestershire sauce and pepper put in a celery stick and ice.
Pina colada can use a mix and rum or get some coconut in a can (coco lopez) pine apple and rum, put ice and the ingredients in a blender and there you have it.
