It's about learning to breathe and speak from below your diaphragm. Make a fist right under your rib cage and instead of using your lungs to exhale while speaking, use that area to inhale and then speak/exhale.

I struggled with the same problem when I first started working.

Speak in a lower tone. Speak more slowly and concisely - many teenagers tend to speak quickly and slur words together.

Take care in the words you choose - avoid the use of "like", "you know", "actually", "i was all..."

Watch the national news and pay attention to the tone they use - diction, pacing, vocabulary.

Record youself talking about what happened during the day today, and play it back. You'll be amazed at how many of the above things you're probably not doing.

This is the nature of your voice. Naturally there is nothing you can do the change this. You should not attempt to strain your voice to sound older either, because this can damage your vocal chords. It is better to have a voice than none at all. I understand your concern, but love yourself and your voice.

Take care

Take care in the words you use to express yourself. Twenty years from now you will be happy to have a young voice.

Take your time when you talk and control your speech, Unfortunately we are born with the voices we have and that can't be changed, but you can learn to speak slowly, maturely and by concentrating, control the pitch of our voice. When we talk to fast or get excited our pitch tends to go up.
