Most are chocked full of vitamins and ginsing, herbal supplemenst, etc. Do the high levels of caffeine and other similar ingredients make the vitamins worthless?

i drink some occasionally that have a lot of B vitamins in them. you can also get them caffeine free so, no, it doesn't make the vitamins worthless.

Everything in moderation. It's a simple rule. Drink one energy drink every once in a while, and you're fine. Drinking three or more every day and you're likely going to end up with problems. Caffeine is okay. Too much caffeine is not good. Simple as that.

The only energy drink I take is HOT Thermojetic Tea and it is like rocket fuel for me, with no calories and all natural herbs.

The instant crystals can also be mixed into an "iced tea" drink, but I like hot tea all day long.

Made by Herbalife, great stuff - been taking it for over 10 years now.

High levels of caffeine on a regular basis are not good for the body, especially when exercising.

Not at all! If anything, they are hurtful and get you addicted to them. Too many chemicals!!

I don't think so.. you need natural drinks. Juice, water, milk.
