Undercut ~~ variation of a bowl cut where the sides and back are cut/buzzed very short (or even shaved) so that the longer top hair (partially) covers buzzed hair ~~THIS sounds mostly like what you have described ~~http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Undercut
Ok..it's not a mullet...the hair only touches the back of the nape on the hair line, and the rest is shaved. Mullet ~~ short on top, quite long on sides.
Devilock ~~ Short in back and on sides, long in front. ~~http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devilock
Low and tight ~~cut/buzzed very short (or even shaved) on sides and back up to a line above the ears but below the crown, hair is left longer above this line.

there is an emo haircut, referred to as "Hikari" its new of direction as is the Emo and Scene frenzy. in certainty that is short and uneven interior the back and can unquestionably be teased and long and promptly interior the front the place hair extensions could be added. That hair curiously has many names, maximum purely say "Scene" Hair.

Whoever that is must have thick hair.

Just tell the stylist exactly that. They just pull the top hair up and shave, then drop it down and treat it like two haircuts. Not CHARGE for two, but CUT tit like two H/C's.
