I have read in the newspaper that after launch of Tata's Dream car of Rs.1 lac, Maruti is going to reduce price of 800 model almost by Rs.70000/-. Please somebody let me know if somebody knows regarding this becaz I wann take Maruti this month.

no way maruti is going to reduce the price of the 800 model as it is not of the 1 lac segment car model and even tata is fooling people of launching the 1 lac rupee car for so many years now?

No, Maruti will not reduce the price of 800, still the future of Tata's Rs. 1 Lac car is in dark

I dont think that maruti will reduce the price of 800 drastically after the launch of Tata's dream 1 lac car.they can give some offers or purhapse reduce the price a bit

The tata's 1 lac car will be in market by mid 2008. Even if maruti reduces 800 price, definitely not by more than 30%

Maruti would do anything to remain with Suzuki in India.
The Suzuki Swift had saved Maruti in India. They would hold on to their old box 800 to continue breathing Indian dust.
