you're not to any extent further fat and at 5'2 and weighing 7 stone 4 kilos, you're ok - imagine the note is 'petite'. do not study all those stupid charts both. I come from a touch rotund relatives of Welsh human beings. yet we devour what we like, take no workout and one way or the different cope with to stay nicely into our 90s. Take my advice - the human beings of england are unchanged over 1000's of years. And so it is going. you're searching large.

Depends on your body composition. If you are very muscular, then no. If you are not particularly well toned , then it's getting on for the higher end of the "normal" range.
Why are you asking this question? If you feel a bit flabby or your clothes have got tight, ease of on the fatty stuff and the sugary carbs and move about a bit more, even if it's just to incorporate 20 mins more walking into your daily routine.

Unless you have seen a doctor I wouldn't let anyone judge you by your weight and height ratio. Those charts that you can get that put your height against your weight and then tell you if you are underweight, about right, overweight and obese? Well according to them I am clinically obese, however I have been weighed and measured by my doctor who tells me that I am a quite normal size and shape for my height, it is just that for one reason or another I seem to be really heavy!!

Also muscle weighs heavier than fat so if you have strong muscle tone, or ever have, chances are that you will be heavy, but not necessarily fat.

Just enjoy being you.

Height versus weight isn't a good indicator of obesity. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. Getting your BMI (body mass index) from your physician will give you a better idea, but that should be taken with a grain of salt as well.

It's not overweight, but it nearing it. Try not to gain any more, or perhaps losing 5lb-10lb to put you more within the healthy weight range, to prevent you from becoming overweight. Although to be honest, body fat percentage is much more important and if yours is between 15% and 30%, then you have nothing to worry about. You can google body fat percentage calculators online or you can buy body fat scales/callipers to check your body fat percentage. HTH : )

I think it might give you a body-mass-index outwith the recommended, but only slightly. I'm only 4 inches taller and weigh about 3lb more, and i'm towards the bigger side of normal. Not fat, though, definately not. You can dress correctly to minimise it.
